Privacy Policy
Tengri Group Inc. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit tengrigroupinc.com (including /landdevelopment/) or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
01.Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through tengrigroupinc.com and any of its sub-paths (including /landdevelopment/), and when you contact us by phone, email, or any form on the Site. It does not apply to information collected by third parties whose services we link to or embed (for example, Microsoft Bookings), which is governed by those parties' own privacy policies. Use of bluehorizonhomecare.org is governed by the Privacy Policy posted on that site.
02.Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to your inquiry, evaluate scope, and provide our services. This includes:
| Category | Examples | When we collect it |
|---|---|---|
| Contact information | Name, phone, email, county or town | When you submit a quote request, call, email, or book a consultation |
| Project details | Property location, role (buyer / builder / developer / homeowner), timeline, scope notes | When you complete the quote form or send an email |
| Booking information | Date, time, and any details you enter into Microsoft Bookings | When you schedule a consultation through our booking calendar |
| Technical information | IP address, browser, device type, pages visited (server logs only) | Automatically when you visit the Site, via standard hosting logs |
03.How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations;
- Scope projects, prepare quotes, and coordinate field work;
- Send service-related communications (such as appointment confirmations and quote follow-ups);
- Operate and maintain the Site, including security and fraud prevention;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising or marketing without your consent.
04.How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate the Site and respond to you, with the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers: Microsoft (Microsoft 365 email, Microsoft Bookings), GitHub (Site hosting), Google (Fonts). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms.
- Subcontractors and partners: Where coordinating your project requires sharing minimum-necessary information with a subcontractor we engage (for example, a soil testing partner). We disclose only what is needed to perform the work.
- Our team: Authorized personnel of Tengri Group Inc. who need access to respond to you or scope work.
- Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
05.Data retention
We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you, scope work, and comply with legal obligations. If you do not engage us for services, we will typically delete inquiry-only records within 24 months of last contact.
If we perform work for you, we retain project and client records for the duration of the engagement and for any period required by applicable law.
06.Your choices and rights
You may:
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you;
- Opt out of further communications by replying to any email we send or calling us;
- Decline to provide information, with the understanding that we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12.
07.Cookies and analytics
The Site does not set its own cookies. Embedded third-party services (such as Microsoft Bookings, when you click through to it) may set cookies under their own privacy policies. You can configure your browser to refuse or alert you to cookies; doing so will not affect your ability to use the main pages of this Site.
08.Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
09.Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.State-specific privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, or similar laws). These rights may include the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete it, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 12 and clearly state your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
11.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be posted prominently on the Site.
