Tengri Group Inc. is a holding company. Through its operating arms, including Tengri Land Development, it provides bundled site-readiness services (perc testing, water testing, septic inspection, drain camera inspection, hydro-jetting, filter and pump replacement, utility coordination, and related field work) to land buyers, builders, developers, and homeowners in Pennsylvania.

Tengri Group Inc. also does business as Blue Horizon Home Care, a non-medical home care brand serving New York. Use of bluehorizonhomecare.org is governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy posted on that site.
